BREATHE REPEAT WANTS YOU TO TELL US WHAT IT MEANS TO BE A MODERN YOGI!
Breathe Repeat is on a mission to help bridge the gap between the ancient, sacred practices of yoga and life in the modern world. We are looking for contributors who are exploring what it means to be a spiritual being in a material world.
All posts should aim to be snackable, digestible and accessible. In other words: less is more. Please submit posts that are 250 – 500 words. Make sure that you leave our beloved breathers with something that they can take away – a recipe, a yoga sequence, a meditation technique, a mantra, a joke, a gem, a nugget to inspire our day.
Please share your post as a google doc with:
Tracey(at)breatherepeat(dot)com & Joyce(at)breatherepeat(dot)com.
Title the document: Submission/Name of Post
Make sure the document is 250 – 500 words. Note: Exceptions may be made if there is a recipe or sequence or burning reason to make it longer. However, don’t hold your breath if you are just going to submit a long diatribe about how Down Dog saved your life!
Posts must be original submissions. We will let you know when the article will run so that you can share it with your friends and community as well. Thank you. Namaste.
