When we started Breathe Repeat in 2012, we were given some simple advice: Decide how often you can realistically publish, and stick with it. In other words, be consistent. So we settled on once a day, every week day.

Last week, a friend who’s been around since the beginning commented on what an incredible amount of content there is on Breathe Repeat now, and we couldn’t help but blush. It’s amazing what accumulates when you’re consistent day after day! In reflection, we’ve been accomplishing what we set out to do: provide snackable content for the Modern Yogi… one day at a time.

As one year ends and another begins, we hope that you’ll have time to reflect and set some simple, achievable goals for yourself, so that when you sit back and reflect a year from now, you can feel pretty pleased with all you’ve accomplished.
